I am 68 years young,and still learning as to how I can contribute to the industry to improve customer support in the area of automobiles and high cost equipment.Worked with own hands and love to continue that as there is nothing like doing it yourself.Learned a lesson long time ago, finding the reason for customer dissatisfaction is the hardest part, then if one could do it, and solve it you will have one more customer who smiles. He may not remember you but will remember the brand name well.
Always put yourself in a customer's position.
And ask what do you want.
Find the answer, and you won the game.
