Regular monitoring of Security issues to address the issues and designing preventive actions for Safety & Security.  Co-ordinating and Organising for the Training sessions for the Contractual Personnel in terms of their operational activities and Safety /Security aspects/norms.  Co-ordinating and maintaining documentation for leave management.  Co-ordinating with Contractors for Quality of services, rates and compliances for Housekeeping, Security, Labour, Cafeteria.  Vendor Management for various Administrative requirements availed like Equipment maintenance, AMCs, Stationery procurements and other day to day requirements.  Co-ordination with Hotels and tie up with them for the stay of Guests. Overall Monitor the co-ordination for the stay and travel of the guests, auditors and employees.  Co-ordination for tie ups with Hospitals for Annual Health Check ups for Employees and also organizing for First Aid Training Sessions for employees & Contractual personnel.  Co-ordinating for monthly employee meetings and decision for Employee of the month with the Management Team.  Co-ordinating for Contractor’s meetings for HSSE.  Designing of Basic guidelines Accident Handling & Emergency Procedures and briefing/training of employees as part of the Induction process.  Working on Continuous improvement in te
