Key Responsibilities: o As a manager my main responsibility was to drive sales to meet sales & profit targets. o Taking care of customer satisfaction and achieving the day on day targets. o Design a structured MIS and sending higher-ups on weekly basis. o Dealing with stock checks at regular as well as maintaining stock level standards o Briefing to staff every day mainly weekends conducted o Solving with major crisis as far as stock is concerned or any dispute in the day to day operations of the store o Delivering optimum customer satisfaction, maintaining Visual merchandising displays and POS to drive sales. o Plan and organise the work to deliver targets and meet the standards. Identify key sales opportunity for season ahead with the area officer help. o Plan & organize daily coverage, rotas & holiday chart. o Recruit & Train the new staffs. o Maintaining the safety and security, office and administration o Preparing the profit and loss account ,BEP every month Client Relationship Management o Customer Relationship Management including shop-floor interaction with customers for effective resolution of customer grievances and obtain feedback. o Maximising customer satisfaction matrices by achieving delivery and quality norms. Team Management o Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales operations and meeting of individual & group targets. o Conducting meetings for setting up sales objectives and designing or streamlining processes to ensure smooth functioning of sales operations. Achievements: o Received best COCO store award for 2009 year in performance o Received best store for achieving the target in 15days in 2009. o Received best store for Visual Merchandiser in 2007.
