    RECRUITMENT & SELECTION: To prepare job description as per requirements. Head hunting candidates as per requirement through databank, personal network, job portal, screening of cv’s, Organizing interview schedule, following up with manpower placements. Issuing offer letter, appointment letter and complete joining formalities, orientation of new entrants. TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT: Arranging training program for new entrants as well as exiting employee. Organizing of Training Programs. To prepare training calendar, Evaluation etc. Identifying training need across levels through mapping of skills, required for particular position & analysis of the exiting level of competencies. Conducting Training & measuring its effectiveness through periodic assessments. Maintaining training attendance records. Involvement of fill the appraisal forms & feedback. Participation of motivational scheme and rewords. To Prepare Weekly MIS. PERSONNEL/TIME MANAGEMENT: Looking after daily attendance system, leave updating & maintenance, cross checking employee presence from shop floor & absenteeism report. Employee grievances handling regarding salary & other matters. Wages & salary administration. Handling all personnel files & maintaining late coming report, MIS report. Monitoring welfare like arrangements & distribution of uniform, first aid, Canteen, Housekeeping & organizing events. To maintain Form-12, Form-14 and monthly PF , ESI Challans & Returns. Payroll Management, Time office Management, Bonus, Full and final Settlements .
